Osmek, and it's API have been updated to release version 2.2.2. This is a minor release, but since we haven't been in a great habit of documenting changes between releases we'll highlight some of the major ones here. Read on for all the gory details...

Version 2.2.2 (Released Oct. 21st, 2011)

• Custom fields added to XML feeds (old option fields have been removed)
• Podcast info has been added to the top of podcast XML feeds similar to the iTunes formated XML
• File and Photo statistics have been re-enabled.

Version 2.2.1 (Released Sept. 30th, 2011)

• Fixed file uploader bug in FireFox & Chrome
• Changed size of images in Media Vault
• Added sorting to Site Settings fields
• Blocked Internet Explorer from backend usage.
• Fixed bug preventing the removal of all categories when updating an item.

Version 2.2 (Released Sept. 15th, 2011)

• The check_login API method now returns an option session token. (Documentation coming soon).
• Fixed error with RSS feed when there are 0 items in a section.
• Added "use description" option to Banners section.
• Added account_info method to API & the API playground. (Documentation coming soon).
• Added log method to API for custom logging of events. (Documentation coming soon).

Prior to version 2.2

• Added a "render instance" option for images in the media vault. This is useful if you have added a new image size to a section and want to create physical version of old images at that size.
• Fixed image resizing bugs
• Added auto_typography keyword action for templates - useful for textarea custom fields that don't get formatted for html
