New Homepage Design
Just last week we overhauled Osmek's homepage, and redesigned our logo. Here's a look at the old site compared to the new, and some thoughts on the choices we made.

When we were deciding on a pricing scheme for Osmek we took a lot of inspiration from good ol' 37 Signals. What feels right? We decided on 4 pricing levels because that's what felt right for the product and for the customers who were already using it. But transitioning Osmek from an in-house private product, to a public offering meant we needed a way for new users to give it a try. So we stuck the common one month free trial on our lowest account. Everyone does it, so it has to be a good thing right? But over the first two months I saw a pattern emerge - a pattern I'm familiar with as a user.
To help you understand how Osmek works, and easy it is to use, we've created a sample site built on Osmek which you can download, look through, and install on your server to get your feet wet. It's a very simple site with blog, photos, and events pages, that show the basic integration methods you need to know to get up and running fast.
We have some exciting news to announce. Osmek is finally official, and now it's open to anyone. You can sign up instantly at osmek.com.
We're pleased to announce that we have begun using Tenderapp.com for our support needs. You'll notice a new "Support" button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Please use this if you have questions or problems with your account. Check it out.
